St. Regis: A classic at the foot of the mountain. You will get everything you need here with a great spa.
Hotel Jerome: A bit cooler and more edgy. Rooms are on the smaller side, but always chic and fun to stay here. Great bar downstairs with a Felix coffee shop next door.
Little Nell: A ski in ski out property with an elegant and elevated feel to it.
Eat & Drink
FOR BREAKFAST:
Sant Ambroeus: Just opened this year! Always the best...
Spring Cafe: Great for a healthy breakfast or lunch.
Prospect at Hotel Jerome: For a seated breakfast, Jerome's restaurant is lovely.
Paradise Bakery: You could smell this bakery from a mile away. Go for a coffee and pastry or an afternoon delight.
Gorsuch Ski Cafe: If you're looking for an espresso before skiing, this is a great stop.
Bonnies (on Aspen Mountain): Go in the morning and get their oatmeal pancakes with their homemade raspberry jam! A shot of whisky couldn't hurt either...
JUS Aspen: Go for fresh juices, teas, and healthy salads.
FOR LUNCH:
Clark’s Oyster Bar: Lunch is always great here, go for oysters, tuna sandwiches with shoe string fries and whole roasted fish.
Ajax Tavern: On a nice day, sit outside and enjoy a french onion soup or the burger and truffle fries.
White House Tavern: From the Hillstone group, go for their deviled eggs and sandwiches.
Meat & Cheese Farm Shop: Go for their soups and salads or if you need to pick up some cheese and charcuterie this is a great spot for that.
FOR DINNER:
Matsuhisa: Probably the best sushi in Aspen. Always a hit.
Casa Tua: Romantic and cozy upscale Italian. Go for their mushroom pappardelle and their veal Milanese.
Sway: Newest Thai restaurant and is refined and so good. Loved the steamed shu mai and the whole fried snapper!
Campo de Fiori: Laid back Italian that is always delicious.
French Alpine Bistro: Also great for apres or lunch. Go for red wine, cheese fondue, onion soup and the burger. I love coming here for a cozy Euro vibe.
Las Montanas: A newer spot on the list that I love. Mexican classics served in an upscale and fun setting.
Cache Cache: A french Aspen classic. A little stuffy, but the food and drinks are great.
