Mediterranean Breakfast
Ingredients:
- Eggs
- Baguette or whatever bread you like
- Labne
- Hummus
- Tabouli
- Olive Oil
- Zaatar
- Sumac
Play by Play:
- Soft boil your eggs for 6.5 minutes.
- Slice and toast your bread.
- Plate a dollop of tabouli, labne, and hummus in sections of the plate.
- Season the labne and hummus with sumac and zaatar
- Slice your egg in half and season with salt and pepper. Place in the middle of the plate.
- Add your toast to the plate and that's it :)
