Mediterranean Breakfast

Ingredients:

  • Eggs 
  • Baguette or whatever bread you like
  • Labne 
  • Hummus 
  • Tabouli 
  • Olive Oil
  • Zaatar 
  • Sumac

Play by Play:

  1. Soft boil your eggs for 6.5 minutes.
  2. Slice and toast your bread.
  3. Plate a dollop of tabouli, labne, and hummus in sections of the plate. 
  4. Season the labne and hummus with sumac and zaatar
  5. Slice your egg in half and season with salt and pepper. Place in the middle of the plate. 
  6. Add your toast to the plate and that's it :)
