Serving size: 50-75 people depending on portion size and presentation style. 

Shelf life: 5-6 weeks unopened, 1-2 days after opening. Must keep product refrigerated or served over ice. 

Holiday Shipping

• Please allow for up to 2 weeks to fulfill custom orders. 
• Overnight priority shipping for all orders with tracking. Must be refrigerated upon arrival.
• Orders placed before 12 PM ET ship overnight to arrive the following day (Tues-Thurs arrival). No shipments are made Thurs-Sun.
• Order by November 24th to receive by Thanksgiving and December 15th to receive by Christmas.
