As someone who was born and raised in Los Angeles, it’s been heartbreaking to witness the devastation in my hometown. The past two weeks have been a stark reminder of the strength and resilience of our community, especially the incredible chefs and restaurant teams who have stepped up to support first responders, firefighters and displaced residents. At CY Kitchen, we wanted to do something authentic to us, so we created an exclusive Los Angeles Caviar tin—something that made us smile, and we hope it does the same for you. 100% of the net proceeds will go to support restaurants who have been affected by the fires or who have been tirelessly supporting first responders and Angelenos who have lost their homes. 

We will be dividing up the funds among 14 of our favorite LA establishments that have been profoundly impacted by these recent wildfires. Six cherished local institutions, including the iconic Cholada Thai, the beloved Cafe Vida, O Happy Days Vegan Cafe, Side Pie, Reel Inn, and Minik Market, have suffered devastating losses as their establishments were destroyed by the fires and plan on rebuilding. Meanwhile, eight remarkable restaurants – Anajak Thai, Voodoo Vin, Bar Etoile, Kismet, Le Great Outdoor, Fat + Flour, Hatchet Hall, and Holbox – have demonstrated extraordinary generosity by providing free meals to first responders and evacuees, despite their own business challenges. It’s our way of giving back to the people who have given so much.

This package includes a 50g or 125g tin of CYK Golden Ossetra Caviar, CYK Mother of Pearl Spoon, CYK Caviar Key to open the tin, and a reusable CYK Carrier bag. 

50g: 1-4 people depending on portion size and presentation style. 

125g: 3-6 people depending on portion size and presentation style. 

Shelf life: 3 weeks unopened, 1-2 days after opening. Must keep product refrigerated or served over ice.
