Slow Roasted Leeks
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper

- Clean and cut leeks in small sizes to fit within a glass pyrex or a baking dish
- Drizzle olive oil and add salt and pepper
- Cover with parchment paper first, then aluminum to seal it properly but to avoid chemicals from the aluminum foil to go into the food!
- Set it in the oven at 275 for 2-2.5 hours or until browned. You can do it faster at a higher heat but I think the slow roast really caramelizes nicely. (350 for 1.5 hr ish)
