Slow Roasted Tomatoes


  • Cherry & Campari Tomatoes (or whatever you have)
  • Olive oil 
  • Dried Oregano
  • Salt & Pepper

Play by Play: 

  1. Slice tomatoes in half or thirds if they're on the larger side 
  2. Drizzle olive oil, salt, pepper, and dried oregano and mix into the tomatoes 
  3. Lay the tomatoes face up on a baking sheet and bake at 300 for 2-3 hours or until shriveled. 
  4. Thats it :)
